You’re worried about inflation when income and spending has been dramatically reduced? The stimulus bill will come nowhere close to replacing the spending lost.

Interest paid on Treasury securities held by banks don’t increase deposits in the economy. If you’re worried that interest payments on treasuries held by other entities being inflationary, then the government should just stop issuing bonds altogether.
